He uses a planning tool that kept us on track for planning, as well as schedules touch points to ensure planning continues to move forward. DJ Vestus helped us with our ceremony - provided the microphones and worked with our officiant to make sure she was all set to go; He also played music for all of our occasions - including the prelude, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and of course dancing portion.
